The rates must be considered per day per room, including buffet breakfast and 10% VAT. The buffet breakfast is offered from the hotel and served from 7.30 am to 10.30 am on the panoramic terrace.

At 20 meters from Villa Annalara there is a guarded car parking € 30.00, per 24 night per car, otherwise you have a find a place where “non residents” can park.

If you are coming by car, you can easily drive through the pedestrian way of the historical centre, only residents and hotel-guests may.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation 14 days before arrival date = NO PENALTY
• Cancellation from 14 to the arrival date = ENTIRE STAY

In case of late cancellation or modify of your reservation, early check out or no show the customer must pay the agreed entire amount.
